Key Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Facilitate onboarding activities, such as first-day experiences, onboarding weeks, and Early Onboarding (EO) programs.
- Assist in employee offboarding, including exit interviews, offboarding communication, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate internal transfers, ensuring all administrative updates are processed accurately.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries via the HR mailbox.
- Support Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, including training coordination and traineeship program management.
- Manage HR & L&D administration
- HR administration: contracts, accounts, assets, insurances, and pensions.
- L&D administration, such as invoices, training hours, and employee records.
- Maintain and optimize HR processes and HR systems, including absence management and organizational charts.
- A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
- Affinity with HR processes, employee experience, and process optimization.
- Experience with HR systems, Microsoft Excel, and administrative tools is a plus.
