You will play a critical role in driving the success of consulting and implementation projects for prominent customers in the fast-growing enterprise software market. What the role offers

In this role, you are responsible for leading consulting and implementation projects for our well-known customers in the rapidly growing enterprise software market. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on- project management skills. You are great at:

• Identification and prioritization of customer requirements
• Engage, lead, and motivate the project team
• Coordinate project resources and contractor resources for project work
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication
• Managing risks, raising issues where needed, and creating sensitivity towards timely identification & resolution of problems.
• Serve as a point of escalation, managing the escalation through resource assignments coordination between the different Open Text and customer departments/teams.
• Facilitate effective communications at all levels between the customer and other departments within OpenText

What you need to succeed

• Customer-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
• Good understanding and experience of delivery methodologies, certification in Project Management e.g. PMI, Prince2 (waterfall and/or agile) is a plus
• 3+ years working as a Customer facing Project Manager where you have successfully delivered multiple projects
• Experience in the field of Enterprise Information Management (EIM) and/or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and effective verbal and written communication skills. Confident working with Project Teams both internal and external
• Ability to provide accurate capacity forecasts against individual projects and resources
• Willingness to travel on-site for exciting customer projects
• Fluency in Dutch and English, German is a plus
