IT Industrialization Project Manager/ Lead (French Speaker)

What are you going to do?

• Lead the assessment and standardization of quality gates in the software development lifecycle;
• Optimize continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to improve software delivery and deployment;
• Develop and implement best practices for software development industrialization, enhancing efficiency and quality;
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies for innovation and accessibility improvements;
• Foster an AI community within the company, encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align industrialization initiatives with broader business objectives;
• Drive the adoption of automated processes to streamline workflows and improve development speed;
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development processes and suggest improvements;
• Ensure that development practices adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements;
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to support continuous skill development;
• Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement within the software development teams;
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.

What are we looking for?

• +8 years of proven experience in project management;
• Strong focus on IT industrialization (is a plus);
• In-depth understanding of software development processes, CI/CD methodologies, DevOps overview, and quality assurance practices;
• Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies (is a plus);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing solutions;
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written (mandatory);
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written (mandatory).
