What you will do

Responsible for managing a hybrid cloud environment supporting critical infrastructure and resources enabling Redwood software business units to scale.
Will be responsible for the infrastructure and platform health of on-premise and cloud resources and implement automation and observability to drive efficiencies within the non-production and production environments.
This resource will possess strong problem solving and analytical skills to assess impact, diagnose and resolve a wide range of infrastructure issues.
Additionally involved in innovation projects as Redwood software continues to modernize our solution stack and leverage hybrid cloud best practices.

Must haves

2+ years of experience with AWS.
Experience with Terraform.
Experience with Kubernetes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative environment.
Work with a modern and evolving technology stack, demonstrating openness for further development and a proactive mentality.
Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

Grafana, Prometheus.
Experience with GCP, and Azure.
Knowledge of Chef Puppet, Ansible, Salt.
Network Architecture/Routing (Switching/routing, PFSense, Cisco VPN/Firewall, AWS VPC, Site-to-Site VPN Tunneling, Network observability tools, software load balancers).
Ancillary skillsets: Jira project, SM, Confluence, DevOps tools, AI tools, MLOps.
