🔹 About the Role

We’re looking for Senior C++ Developers to join our engineering team in Bucharest. You’ll play a key role in building platforms that power the operation of unmanned submersible vehicles and data-driven control systems used in advanced marine environments.

This is a hybrid role, with three in-office days per week.

🔹 Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications for real-time control and communication systems
• Work with embedded Linux, ROS (Robot Operating System), and other pub/sub communication architectures
• Lead technical decisions and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (embedded, cloud, UI)
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability for systems running on x86 targets
• Contribute to architectural design and code reviews
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices

🔹 Required Skills

• Strong experience with C++ (C++11 or later) in production environments
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design, memory management, and multithreading
• Experience with embedded Linux environments
• Familiarity with ROS or similar pub/sub messaging frameworks
• Development for x86 hardware platforms
• Version control with Git and experience with modern CI/CD pipelines
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

🔹 Nice to Have

• Knowledge of control systems, real-time data processing, or signal acquisition
• Experience with marine technology, robotics, or autonomous systems
• Familiarity with Python, CMake, or network protocols (UDP/TCP)
• Experience with containerized environments (Docker)
