UI & UX Designer Intern

Overview:

We are seeking a creative and driven UI & UX Designer Intern who is eager to make a meaningful impact on our platform's web and mobile app interfaces. This internship is unpaid but offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both UI and UX design within a dynamic startup environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

○ Web UI Design: Design and refine user interfaces for our web platform, focusing on creating a visually appealing and intuitive user experience.

○ Mobile App UI Design: Develop and enhance the UI for our mobile applications, ensuring consistency and ease of use across devices.

○ User Experience (UX) Design: Collaborate with the UX team to conduct user research, create wireframes, and develop prototypes that meet user needs.

○ Design Systems: Assist in building and maintaining design systems that ensure consistency across all products.

○ Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.

○ Feedback Incorporation: Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members, striving for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

○ Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

○ Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI design projects.

○ Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. 

○ User-Centered Design: Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

○ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.

○ Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional designs.

○ Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
