E-Commerce Project Manager

It continues its investments and determined progress in the sector with nearly 600 stores and over 1000 sales points.

We are looking for a colleague as “E-Commerce Project Manager" to join our team.

Job Description

• Responsible for the execution of the E-Commerce development strategy,
• Manage and report on the performance of channels, campaigns, A/B testing, and UX optimization results,
• Create daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs,
• Actively contribute to the further development of the Global E-Commerce strategy,
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve E-Commerce strategies, enhance customer experience, and maximize ROI,
• Partner closely with Planning, Marketing, and Merchandising teams,
• Strong online trading background; preferably in an online fashion brand,
• Project management skills; responsible for the new platform project process,
• Deep understanding of e-commerce operational and technical processes, payment systems, and third-party sales channels,
• Digitally savvy with a strong understanding of how digital channels drive traffic and conversions on the site,
• Experience in project management through platform changes, upgrades, testing, and the integration of new technology, systems, or service providers is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Business Administration (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 7+ years of experience in roles focused on e-commerce, Omni-channel retail experience is a plus,
• Background in online trading, preferably within online fashion brands,
• Strong expertise in MS Excel (mandatory), along with practical experience in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, self-expression, and teamwork orientation,
• Strong reporting skills with a focus on solutions and attention to detail,
• Excellent communication skills, flexible and proactive,
• Excellent in project and time management. Also, process focused with an ability to meet expectations,
• Solid understanding of basic financial KPIs and e-commerce analytics.
