Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Vienna (Full-Time, In-Office)

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the IT strategy and development team of a rapidly growing hospitality company. As CTO, you will manage a team of 15 developers, oversee IT system integrations, and drive technological innovation to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage a team of 15 developers, ensuring smooth collaboration and high-quality delivery of IT solutions.
• Hospitality IT Expertise: Oversee the management of hospitality IT systems such as PMS, POS, and CRM, ensuring seamless integration across departments.
• Project Management: Lead IT project integrations from planning to execution, coordinating with various departments to align technology with business objectives.
• Technology Leadership: Spearhead innovative technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to align IT strategies with broader business goals and drive company growth.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience as a VP or similar leadership role in a mid-sized company, preferably within the hospitality or tech industry. Experience in large corporate environments is not suitable.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Vienna for a full-time, in-office role.
• Language Skills: Strong command of English is essential for communication across teams and with international stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

• Hospitality IT Expertise: In-depth understanding of how IT solutions drive efficiency and enhance customer experiences within the hospitality industry.
• Multilingual: Fluency in German and/or Italian is highly desirable for better communication with regional teams.
• System Integration Experience: Hands-on experience with integrating complex IT systems across multiple platforms and locations.
