We’re looking for someone who can support us with:

• daily business activities such as: data extraction and data cleaning, ad-hoc statistical analysis (basic descriptive statistics)
• conducting digital data analytics and preparing digital analytics dashboards
• turning repetitive and manual processes into programming scripts (e.g. Python)
• maintaining those scripts and the corresponding database systems
• picking up the needs of the team and make proposals on how to improve and automate current processes
• data QA
• maintaining and updating the dashboards (Adobe Analytics, Power BI)
  
  

Your team
You will be working for Marketing and Digital Sales Team in Wroclaw, in two teams: Client Intelligence & Research and Digital Data Analytics.

Your journey will start in Client intelligence and Research team, which conducts project-based, data-driven market research for all business segments in Switzerland and act as a connector between our company and its clients.

Your journey will continue in Digtial Data Analytics team, where you learn about analysis and presenting digital qualitative and quantitative data, from various sources like websites, mobile apps, social media channels.

In both teams you will gain knowledge and experience on why and how marketing data analytics impacts marketing strategies and initiatives.

Your expertise

• a student of statistics, informatics, economics, marketing, or related studies
• fluent in English, German would be an asset
• proficiency in MS Excel (Python/SQL will be an asset)
• data visualization and BI tools will be an asset
• an analytical thinker able to translate results into insights
• detail-oriented
• willing to learn from others and on your own
