Your Role

As a Senior Frontend Developer at Staffer AI, you will:

• Play a key role in developing and optimizing our user interface, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences for users.
• Work closely with designers to turn complex workflows into simple, functional UI components.
• Build and maintain scalable React-based applications with performance and maintainability in mind.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure smooth API interactions and efficient data handling.
• Drive improvements in code quality, maintainability, and frontend performance.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives that shape the future of our frontend architecture and development practices.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a developer who is:

• Proficient in React (or similar modern frontend frameworks like Vue or Svelte).
• Experienced in TypeScript and has strong JavaScript fundamentals.
• Passionate about UI/UX and understands how to balance design with functionality.
• Skilled in building scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Comfortable integrating with backend services (REST, WebSockets).
• Experienced in managing application state effectively.
