We are looking for a Data Engineer to work on projects which help companies become more sustainable through data-driven solutions
Using the power of technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and advanced data science techniques, we help to empower organisations to turn data into actionable insights.
As a data engineer you will play a hands-on role with the technical implementations all while being a key advisor for your stakeholders.
We typically work with customers in industries such as renewable energy, aquaculture, and maritime/shipping where small changes can yield large results for their sustainability initiatives
Your role can involve:
- Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data architectures
- Developing ETL pipelines
- Working with cloud platforms (primarily Azure) to optimize data storage & processing
- Collaborating with analysts and scientists to deliver high-quality insights
- Ensuring data governance, security, and compliance with sustainability standards
We are looking for you to bring:
- 4+ years experience as a Data Engineer developing on cloud based projects (ideally Azure)
- Previous experience with Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse or secondary tools like snowflake or dbt
- Highly skilled in Python and SQL
- Confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in Norwegian and English
