Data Engineer

We are looking for a Data Engineer to work on projects which help companies become more sustainable through data-driven solutions

Using the power of technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and advanced data science techniques, we help to empower organisations to turn data into actionable insights.

As a data engineer you will play a hands-on role with the technical implementations all while being a key advisor for your stakeholders.

We typically work with customers in industries such as renewable energy, aquaculture, and maritime/shipping where small changes can yield large results for their sustainability initiatives

Your role can involve:

• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data architectures
• Developing ETL pipelines
• Working with cloud platforms (primarily Azure) to optimize data storage & processing
• Collaborating with analysts and scientists to deliver high-quality insights
• Ensuring data governance, security, and compliance with sustainability standards

We are looking for you to bring:

• 4+ years experience as a Data Engineer developing on cloud based projects (ideally Azure)
• Previous experience with Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse or secondary tools like snowflake or dbt
• Highly skilled in Python and SQL
• Confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluency in Norwegian and English
