Learning & Development Coordinator Intern-2025 Start

Responsibilities

The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team is responsible for the revenue growth of the TikTok business, and our teams include Sales, Marketing, Ops, Account Managers, Agency and partnerships, as well as Marketing Science.

GBS is a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and ambitious client group, and our HRBPs who support them are too! We are excited to continue adding to our Human Resources team to attract, engage, and retain top talent to drive the continued growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in organizing and operating training programs;
• Communicate with trainers, coordinate venues, materials, resources pertaining to online/on-site training, make sure
  
  

training activities can function smoothly;

• Scheduling and coordinating all behind-the-scenes training logistics such as accurately managing attendee lists, inviting trainees;
• Assist in creating, publishing, and maintaining online courses;
• Collect training data and manage training database;
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Passionate about learning & development and training, have a good user/service awareness;
• Have excellent expression and communication skills, able to communicate well in English;
• Team player, proactive and intrinsically motivated; have a strong sense of responsibility, good at organizing activities;
• Minimum internship period: 3 months; at least work 4 days per week;
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in using Office Suite; familiar with multiple tools such as Data Studio is a plus;
