Your mission

• Work with individuals, teams and the organization to analyze, improve and evolve current systems and the value delivery processes while adhering to agile principles, values and best practices
• Guide teams and the organization on how to stay on track with agile techniques, measure their progress and fine-tune their approach to ensure that the overall strategy is being met
• Conduct agile trainings and workshops
• Drive cultural change by constantly championing an agile mindset and promoting transparency, cross-team collaboration and alignment, while supporting self-organization and accountability
• Promote an environment of continuous improvement, empirical decision-making, proactive goal-setting and desire to contribute to the big picture

What would thrill us

• Knowledge about and experience in agility, agile values and principles, as well as (scaling) frameworks and strategies (SAFE, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Nexus, Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean)
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach
• Profficient in English, German is a plus
• Atlassian suite knowledge (Jira and Confluence)
• Agile certification in coaching, facilitation, leadership, flight levels, scaling, metrics, product management (prokanban.org, scrum.org, ICAgile etc.)

• The minimum salary for this full-time position in accordance with the applicable collective agreement is € 42.532,00 gross per year, assuming full fulfilment of the job profile.
