At XXXL digital we are looking for a charismatic and adventurous person to help us evolve our existing work environment and practices, and to advocate for an agile mindset at every level of the organization.
You love overcoming obstacles and believe in an iterative and incremental way of doing things, by continuously inspecting and adapting as needed.
In our product development environment, you will mentor and guide employees to identify the optimal solution for their specific challenges, help streamline processes and create efficiencies towards achieving the company and product goals.
As such, you are a key role in creating a sustainable learning organization by educating and aligning different parties at all levels about agile ways of work.

- Guide teams and the organization on how to stay on track with agile techniques, measure their progress and fine-tune their approach to ensure that the overall strategy is being met
- Conduct agile trainings and workshops

- Commitment and a desire to responsibly and successfully achieve team and company goals
- Innate curiosity, a proactive mindset and determination to unpack your ideas, challenge us internally and continuously improve our ways of doing
- Promoter of transparency and an assertive personality - a good leader, and an even better team player
- A strategic thinker with a firm understanding of complex systems and their dynamics
- Strong communicator and facilitator, and a solid conflict mediator
- Ability to balance priorities and conflicting demands
- Passionate, reliable, trust-worthy and self-dependent team-player
- Experience with multi-cultural and distributed teams
- Knowledge about and experience in agility, agile values and principles, as well as (scaling) frameworks and strategies (SAFE, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, Nexus, Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean)
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach
- Profficient in English, German is a plus
- Atlassian suite knowledge (Jira and Confluence)
- Agile certification in coaching, facilitation, leadership, flight levels, scaling, metrics, product management (prokanban.org, scrum.org, ICAgile etc.)

- The minimum salary for this full-time position in accordance with the applicable collective agreement is € 42.532,00 gross per year, assuming full fulfilment of the job profile.
