Job Summary

  • This offshore role is to manage 20M program operations for a SA based Client
  • Role is two folded - i) Managing Cognizant and Vendor Contracts ii) Manage resourcing
  • Own the Budget plan for VCT Operations programme

Responsibilities

  • Be a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for SubCon management program management and Cognizant stakeholders to manage budgets invoicing etc
  • Liaison with delivery teams and manage change control documents
  • Manage Cognizant contracts payment schedules with associate vendors
  • Liaison with Cognizant recruitment team and Tower POCs to source candidates for program
