Job Summary

¿ Design Leadership: ¿ Lead, mentor, and guide a team of UI designers to create visually stunning and user friendly interfaces. ¿ Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices across products. ¿ Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration within the design team. ¿ Project Management: ¿ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality output. ¿ Work closely with product managers, UX researchers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable design solutions. ¿ Conduct design reviews to ensure designs meet user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. ¿ User Centered Design: ¿ Advocate for user centric design principles, ensuring products are accessible and easy to use. ¿ Analyze user feedback, research findings, and analytics data to continuously improve UI design. ¿ Collaboration & Communication: ¿ Partner with front end developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation. ¿ Communicate design concepts, solutions, and rationales to stakeholders through presentations and documentation. ¿ Innovation & Trends: ¿ Stay up to date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design. ¿ Incorporate best practices and modern design techniques to enhance user experiences.
