Who are you?

🕒 You are a Mid-weight UX/UI designer with 3+ years of experience with 1-2 years within financial services

💡 collaborator — You assist or lead in workshops, whiteboarding wild ideas with clients and your team, and turning sticky-note chaos into actionable gold.

🖥️  Enterprise Ace: Your portfolio shines with enterprise-grade SaaS designs that scale. Show us how you’ve turned clunky journeys into sleek tools that make finance teams high-five (or at least sigh with relief).

🔐  Finance Whisperer: You get financial workflows, compliance headaches and user pain points like they’re your own. You’ve probably doodled transaction flows in your sleep.

🗣️  Storytelling: You can explain “why this button matters” to a room full of execs without using the word “affordance.” Persuasion? Nailed it.

🏢  Hybrid: Happy in-office 3 days/week in London? Perfect — we’ve got biscuits, WiFi , post it notes , at the ready!
