Location: Woking, Surrey. (1 day per week in office)

We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Machine Learning Analyst to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a background in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in data ingestion pipelines, AI-powered automation, and scalable data architecture.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines leveraging AI-powered automation.
  • Work with large-scale structured and unstructured data sources to optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and software engineers to enhance data flow for machine learning models.
  • Implement best practices for data integrity, security, and performance optimization.
  • Contribute to the design and deployment of cloud-based data infrastructure and storage solutions.
  • Develop data solutions supporting AI governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Monitor, debug, and improve existing data pipelines for efficiency and reliability.
  • Stay up to date with advancements in AI-driven data processing and architecture.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Experience with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed computing.
  • Understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Knowledge of machine learning workflows and AI model integration with data pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


MUST HAVE:


  • Keen interest in Machine Learning, Coding Projects
  • Personal projects on Github Repositories


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with event-driven data processing architectures and real-time streaming (Kafka, Flink, etc.).
  • Knowledge of AI-driven automation tools and Agentic AI frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with scalable data lakes and warehouses.
  • Understanding of AI governance principles, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
