Project Manager, Advertising/Marketing industry, London, Hybrid

£28K - £30K Plus Discretionary Bonus, Great Benefits

Hybrid working - based in London offices Tues-Thurs

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join one of the world’s most influential professional institutes for the advertising, marketing and communication industries as a Project Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally while independently managing projects from conception through to execution. You’ll play a key role in collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to deliver results that meet our goals and align with industry standards.

The position is suited to someone working in an advertising agency looking to do something a little different.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with internal teams and external clients.
  • Manage and execute projects across various teams including web, PR, comms, events, PD, and insight.
  • Deliver activities within budget, monitor spend, and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Liaise across departments to ensure seamless project execution and collaboration.
  • Independently manage and execute projects while prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, issues, and best practices.
  • Attend and represent the company at external events, conferences, and other relevant functions.
  • Support the wider team with organisational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Passionate about the advertising and marketing industry, with a good understanding of current trends and challenges.

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • A good sense of humour and a team player who contributes to a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
