Java Software Engineer – Zurich (Hybrid)

💰 Salary: CHF 110,000 – 120,000

About the Role

Work on the development of a brand-new, cutting-edge platform for global financial clients. This is a rare opportunity to help build & shape new architecture, features, and functionality for a Product that isa frontline defence against real-time finical crime!

What You'll Do:

• Design and build backend systems using modern Java and Spring Boot
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to implement and deploy Machine Learning models into the product
• Contribute to a scalable microservices architecture
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and clean code throughout the development lifecycle
• Build secure, production-ready systems used by financial institutions in 50+ countries

Your Background:

• Strong experience with Java (ideally Java 11+) and Spring Boot
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQL databases, and distributed systems
• Familiar with containerization tools like Docker
• Bonus: experience deploying or supporting ML-driven systems
• Strong communication skills and fluent in English
