What Will You Do?
As a key member of the D365 Operational team, the D365 Senior Developer is responsible for leading the design, development and customization of Dynamics 365 solutions. By providing technical guidance and setting the standards for best practices, the Senior Developer guarantees that the solutions are well-architected, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.

This Will Be Achieved By
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and innovation
- Designing and developing complex integrations, customizations, and extensions using Dynamics 365 platform and Azure technologies
- Implementing and optimizing DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes for Dynamics 365, utilizing Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, and related tools
- Collaborating with stakeholders, business analysts, and project teams to define technical requirements, develop technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions
- Conducting code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines

- Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer, with a strong focus on technical leadership, solution design, and development
- Strong experience in D365 implementations such as F&O & CE and key related technologies being CDS, Dataverse, synapse and Dual Write.
- Experience in optimization and performance tuning for D365 F&O, environments and CE platforms
- Demonstrated experience with Crowe Metals Accelerator (CMA)
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud PaaS services
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, customization, and integration using Azure technologies
- Strong expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management using Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, and related tools
