Senior Project Manager, Sourcing – Drive digital transformation at STARK Group IT

To accelerate this transformation, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the lead in driving cross-functional, data-driven projects across multiple countries.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and coordinate data-driven sourcing projects, ensuring successful execution in a multi-country, complex environment.
  • Act as the bridge between business and technology, helping shape and implement sourcing solutions.
  • Work closely with data engineering teams and leverage Azure DevOps to manage workflows and project execution.
  • Break down complex technical requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Manage project budgets, track timekeeping, and optimize resource planning.
  • Engage with stakeholders across the sourcing community to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Prepare and present high-quality PowerPoint updates for key stakeholders and leadership teams.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong project management skills – You are structured, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing large-scale initiatives across multiple teams and countries.
  • Excellent communication skills – You can translate technical requirements into business impact and present complex topics clearly.
  • Technical acumen – You have experience working with Azure DevOps and understand Data Warehouse & BI methodologies.
  • Stakeholder management – You excel at building relationships across functions and seniority levels.
  • International mindset – You have worked in a multinational environment and can navigate cultural diversity.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI & modern analytical methods.
  • Knowledge of best practices in commercial sourcing.
