Network Architect

Role: Network Architect

Role type: B2B contract

Location: Hybrid - 2X days per week Antwerp

Duration: 6 months initial contract with rolling extensions

Network Design and Implementation: Defining and implementing advanced

network architectures, including Cisco Routers and Switches, Next Gen Firewalls,

Wireless devices, A10 Loadbalancer, and other technologies.

Project Management: Coordinating and leading network projects, closely

collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to

achieve project objectives.

Technical Consultation: Acting as a technical advisor to the client, providing

insights into best practices and strategies for network optimization.

Security Solutions: Designing and implementing advanced security measures,

such as Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Network Access Control (NAC), and

other advanced security applications.

Collaboration with Other Departments: Working closely with other

departments within the company, such as system administrators, Technical

support, third parties, to ensure an integrated IT infrastructure.

Knowledge Transfer: Sharing expertise and providing technical transfer to junior

team members.
