DevOps Engineer

My client in the iGaming industry is looking for a senior DevOps/Platform Engineer/Site Reliability Engineer to join their fast-growing company in Tallinn, Estonia.

💰 Salary: €5k to €6k - gross/month

In this role, you will have the opportunity to focus on designing and implementing effective solutions for software delivery and operations by streamlining and automating processes.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps, Platform Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and Microservice architecture.
• Experience with scripting and programming languages such as Bash, Python, or GoLang.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Terragrunt.
• Practical experience with monitoring stacks like Prometheus/Grafana.
• Experience with CI/CD tools.
• Proficiency in SQL database technologies, particularly PostgreSQL.

As a Cloud Platform Engineer your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting solutions for software building, integration, and automating the software delivery and release process.
• Developing scalable solutions to meet the demands of our high-performance customers.
• Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement across the product development teams.

Nice to have skills include:

familiarity with Strimzi (Kafka Kubernetes Operator), Stackgres (PostgreSQL Kubernetes Operator), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
