Business Analyst

RELEX Solutions is looking for a full-time Business Analyst to join our rapidly growing Manufacturing business area.

RELEX Solutions helps consumer brands and manufacturing companies optimize their supply chain to reduce waste and operate more efficiently by using machine learning and artificial intelligence. In practice, our software provides optimal plans, processes and supports decisions that take raw materials to finished goods that consumers use in everyday life.

This role is part of our Presales Analytics team, which helps potential customers understand the value of partnering with RELEX while building trust in our software.

In this position you’ll be:

• Working in a fast-growing business area with substantial global potential
• Collaborating hands-on in new sales cases with local teams across all RELEX markets
• Showcasing the best practices of RELEX technology by building product demonstrations
• Exploring customers processes and data to create proof-of-concepts and other analyses
• Building knowledge on industry requirements and our solutions by responding to RFPs
• Developing our sales tools and internal ways of working
  
  

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Experience or demonstrable knowledge of supply chains, manufacturing or consulting, especially planning systems, S&OP processes, operations planning or production planning
• Familiarity with databases and the ability to process data to find key insights
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand the bigger picture and translate customer issues into RELEX-based solutions
• Strong work ethic, ability to learn on the fly, autonomy in delivering tasks, and self-starter approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages (e.g. German, French, Spanish) are considered as an advantage

For this position we're looking for a person based in Finland or Stockholm metropolitan area. Please note that our flexible work arrangements allow you to choose between remote or in-office work. We are unable to accept applications from candidates not already resident in Finland or Sweden.
