About The Role

As the Business Unit Lead of Data and Analytics at Innofactor Platforms (Strategic Business Unit), you will play a key role in our Nordic management team. You will plan and implement business strategies, including offerings and go-to-market plans, and report directly to the Managing Director of Innofactor Platforms.

You will participate in acquiring new clients alongside sales and marketing and maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. You will help delivery teams excel by co-creating effective ways of working and building the right skill sets with appropriately sized teams. The position has P&L responsibility for the Business Unit’s projects and services, managing existing customer relationships with consultancy teams. KPIs include revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. The Data & Analytics Business Unit has around 40 highly skilled professionals in Finland, Norway, and Denmark.

To succeed in the position, you must:

✅ Have previous management experience in leading an IT consultancy business.

✅ Be familiar with technologies such as data platforms, analytics, AI/ML, and BI.

✅ Have experience in selling IT services and/or solutions to private companies and public sector organizations.

✅ Be fluent in English and Finnish.

✅ Be available to work at our Espoo Office.
