Job Description

We are seeking a Data Governance Expert specializing in Data Analytics Tools to ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of data used in Business Intelligence tools, AI, and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will work in the Data Office team closely with Data Protection Officer, Business Stakeholders and Data analysts, (also Data scientist and engineers) to enforce governance policies across data visualization, machine learning, and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Data governance and frameworks for analytics tools.
• Manage data lineage, metadata, and access control across BI platforms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, GxP).
• Define functional requirements for Collibra, Tableau, PowerBI platforms to ensure their processes follow/respect the defined Data Governance Framework for analytics tools.
• Work with Collibra, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake Product Owners to implement the Data Governance Framework for analytics tools implemented.
• Support data scientists and analysts in adopting governance best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related fields.
• Expertise in data governance frameworks, metadata management, and compliance.
• Experience with Collibra, Snowflake, and AWS-based analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of BI and AI/ML platforms (Tableau, Power BI, SageMaker, etc.).
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
