We’re seeking a passionate Community Specialist / Discord Moderator to join our dynamic team at Gnosis. In this role, you'll nurture and grow vibrant communities around our innovative decentralized financial products. As part of Gnosis 3.0, our transformative initiative connecting blockchain technology with everyday practical applications, you'll facilitate meaningful interactions, foster engagement, and support our mission to democratize financial infrastructure through platforms such as Gnosis Pay, Circles, Metri, and the broader Gnosis ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Help set community growth goals and action plans to improve member satisfaction and engagement.
• Monitor our product community channels (Discord, etc.) and social media, providing prompt feedback to internal stakeholders and ensuring community needs are met.
• Support broader online marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and community interaction.
• Create educational content to improve onboarding and understanding of our products.
• Work closely with the product team to funnel user feedback and capture innovative ideas.
• Engage with the user community to localize content in various languages.
• Unleash your creativity to actively grow and enrich our user community.

Who You Are

• Passionate with a deep understanding of crypto and blockchain ecosystems.
• Experienced with Discord and other social media/community management tools.
• Compassionate, engaging communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Creative, enthusiastic, and possesses a great sense of humor.
• Excellent English language skills (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Driven, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working independently.
• Empathetic listener and proactive problem solver focused on community satisfaction.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Eager learner interested in staying up-to-date with blockchain trends and innovations.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Web3 and decentralized finance concepts (buying, selling, swapping, bridging tokens).
• Prior experience as a Discord moderator, customer service representative, or related role.
• Experience and knowledge of Gnosis Chain and the broader Gnosis ecosystem.
