Job Description

Master Data team on transcend Pharm is hiring a resource for the following open role: Material Master Data Analyst. This position will report to Material Master Data DPO and can be located in Latina IT, Beerse BE

Roles And Responsibilities

• Support the Material Master DPO (Design & Process Owner) and Workstream during all phases of the program: design & build, execution and deployment
• Drive workshops to collect and record user requirements for S4Hana Material configuration, Material workflow configuration and Data Quality
• Participate in design workshops with Transcend functional teams to define design requirements for Material Master
• Perform data profiling in legacy ERPs.
• Identify data harmonization and data de-duplication needs for Materials in legacy ERPs.
• Support Data Migration team with user requirement for Material Master Data conversions.
• Support Data Migration team with pre and post load validation of Material master data during each testing cycle and at Cutover.
• Support Workflow deployment team with requirements, design and testing of Material master data workflows.
• Create user requirements, test scripts and defects in JIRA and /or Smartsheet.
• Create KDDs and Functional documentations for S4Hana design, for Material master.
• Perform FIT and BST testing of Material Master Data configuration in SAP.
• Perform FIT and BST testing of Material Master Data workflow scenarios.
• Support Business SMEs with UAT prep and execution.
• Coordination of Dual Data Maintenance activities.
• Support Data Ops team during Hypercare
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Material master data required. Other SAP objects preferred.
• Experience with ERP deployments is a plus.
• 5+ years of Supply Chain experience in any functional area.
• 3+ years of experience with Materials master data.
• Good understanding of NPI (new product introduction) in Pharm industry.
• Data migration experience in SAP is a plus.
• Expert in Excel (create formulas, macros, pivot tables, advanced filters and charts)
• Proficient in SQL, Phyton or other data interrogation tools
• Experience with Data Quality, Profiling and Cleansing, Data harmonization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel internationally 10% of time.
