Here at QUADIGI we provide software development and testing services for safety and medical devices. In particular we specialize in application and embedded software development for lung ventilation, anesthesia, breathalyzers, gas detectors and other similar devices used by emergency services as well as industrial workers all over the world.


Role

You will join our People Partners team seeking to achieve a common company goal - to become a leading software development and testing hub in the area. As a Senior Tech People Partner you will be directly responsible for the whole recruitment lifecycle as well as further journey of every hired employee, ensuring their greatest experience in QuaDigi.


Work

Senior Tech People Partner role includes full ownership of recruitment process – from sourcing to interviewing, hiring and handling related administrative tasks. So networking and building long-lasting relationships with candidates will be crucial. At the same time you will be working closely with hiring managers on identifying the hiring needs, updating them about recruitment progress, evaluating candidates and assigning them to the most suitable project and position.


Here at QuaDigi People Partners (HR) team shares responsibility for each Employee‘s experience within the company. So you will also have to participate and offer advices on various HR matters such as performance review, training and development, employee relations, communications, compensation & benefits administration and other related topics when needed.


For this position, we are expecting you to:

- Be a team player with a people and business-oriented work approach;

- Have at least 3 years of experience in the tech recruitment field;

- Have experience working in a high-tech company while hiring software or hardware engineers of different competencies;

- Be fluent in written and spoken English and Lithuanian;

- Not only follow, but also develop, implement and maintain efficient HR processes;

- Provide support to the team to ensure effective HR operations;

- Cultivate and reinforce of company culture;

- Understand HR practices and labor legislation – this would be an advantage;

- Be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
