What Will You Do

• Proactively track and respond to brand mentions across social media, forums, and other digital platforms
• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase brand visibility and loyalty
• Actively participate in discussions, answer queries, and foster a positive brand image across platforms like Reddit, Discord, Facebook, and industry-specific forums
• Collaborate with the SEO, Content, and Social Media teams to align community strategies with broader marketing goals
• Utilize analytics tools to track community performance, provide actionable insights, and refine engagement tactics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform changes to adapt and optimize strategies

• Genuine interest in technology, social media, and cybersecurity-related topics
• Familiarity with major and emerging social platforms, and a curiosity to explore new ways of engaging communities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a creative and engaging tone

• A proactive and curious mindset, always looking to learn, experiment, and improve

GROSS SALARY

• From 1652 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
