Marketing Project Manager

About us:

We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager to run impactful campaigns from start to finish. You'll join our marketing team to brainstorm and launch creative promotions across channels, manage our social media, and keep an eye on our brand. To crush it in this role, you need top-notch organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. If you have the motivation and at least 2 years under your belt in marketing or social media management, we want to meet you. Additionally, we are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress. 

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of marketing experience;
• Understanding of digital marketing practices and tools;
• Experience in social media marketing and communication campaign management;
• Strong sense of commitment and superior attention to detail;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
• Ability to coordinate and execute in a highly dynamic environment; 
• Have a customer-focused, analytical, and entrepreneurial attitude;
• Interest in the fintech sector;
• Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.

Your key responsibilities:

• Managing marketing projects and campaigns;
• Work closely with the rest of the Marketing team on the launch of new products, promotion, and channel marketing material distribution; 
• Managing the company's social media channels and social media calendar; 
• Communicating with Paysera Network partners about company-wide campaigns and communications; 
• Taking care of corporate merchandise and other HR-Marketing needs; 
• Assisting with events, conferences, and E-commerce Talks webinars;
• Other ad hoc marketing projects and tasks as required;
• Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
