Job Purpose
The Business and Change Management department supports the organization’s strategic objectives by driving operational improvements, overseeing key projects, and delivering business insights through data and reporting. Acting as a central coordination point between business functions, the team ensures alignment, accountability, and execution across operational governance, change initiatives, and performance monitoring.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis, process improvement, project support, and management reporting in a dynamic and growing financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for ongoing projects and operational improvements.
- Support process mapping exercises and help identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
- Work with data sets to support KPI development, business insights, and management dashboards (e.g., in Excel or Power BI).
- Contribute to the development of business documentation, such as procedures, workflows, and reports.
- Assist in completing Due Diligence questionnaires on Waystone and Request for Proposals (RfPs) for prospect clients.
- Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project update sessions.
- Help prepare presentations, status updates, and business cases as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and track project activities.

Profile & Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, balancing daily tasks with project-based work and strict deadlines.
- Solid communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools and solutions is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Interest in asset management, financial services, or consulting is an advantage.
- Interest in operational governance, regulatory change.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Real-world experience supporting impactful business projects.
- Exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
