Our client is a European Medicines Agency responsible for the scientific evaluation, supervision and safety monitoring of medicines in the EU. EMA is located in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Civitta in cooperation with Driessen is providing Temporary Agency Workers to the agency.


We are looking for

Human Resources Assistant 


The HR Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting HR Business Partners by providing administrative assistance, maintaining HR data, and facilitating key HR activities to ensure alignment with the Agency's strategic workforce planning, talent management, and overall business objectives. Key responsibilities include maintaining and analyzing HR data, generating HR reports, and contributing to various HR projects. The role also involves liaising with other HR services to address daily queries, supporting workforce planning activities, and contributing to the automation of HR data analysis processes.


You will:

  • Support the resourcing process, including managing requests, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Oversee the development, maintenance, and updating of HR databases and reports shared with leadership.
  • Coordinate with HR services to address daily questions and streamline reporting processes.
  • Implement and maintain IT tools to enhance service efficiency and value.
  • Assist in revising HR policies and developing operational programs within areas of expertise.
  • Support customer satisfaction initiatives and communicate identified risks.
  • Develop and maintain guidance documents, templates, and process improvements.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and sensitively, both orally and in writing, including policies and reports.


Education, experience and knowledge:

  • University degree of at least 3 years of study.
  • Proven professional experience of at least 3 years. 
  • Experience with PowerBi reporting and SAP SuccessFactors HR module.
  • Knowledge of SAP HR and interest in new tech implementation.
  • Proven expertise in developing HR concepts, programs, and practices.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of commonly used IT tools, applications and systems, including MS Office, teleworking tools and meeting platforms.
  • Level C1 in spoken and written English. 


What we offer:

  • A full-time, temporary job from 01/05/2025 - 31/12/2025.
  • Salary between 4,757.33- and 6,890.74-euro gross per month, depending on your qualifications.
  • 25 vacation days if you work 40 hours per week a full year.
  • 8.33% holiday allowance.
