Job Description

What will you do?

  • Feature Development: Design and roll out new features from the backend to the frontend.
  • Code Ownership: Write dependable code across the full stack and lead in-depth code reviews.
  • Technical Workflow Optimisation: Contribute to enhancing our tech team's processes.
  • Product Quality: Maintain the highest levels of product performance and user experience.
  • Operational Management: Engage with DevOps tasks, oversee system health, and coordinate infrastructure and deployment activities.

  • Backend: Python (FastAPI + SQLAlchemy)
  • Frontend: TypeScript/Vue.js

Preferred Experience

Must-haves

  • >2y of experience in a professional software team.
  • Can consistently and dependably deliver full-stack software.
  • Actively contributed to a product-centric team.
  • Have strong object-oriented programming skills.
  • Are comfortable working with both backend and frontend technologies.
  • Are motivated and passionate about developing and implementing features in a dynamic environment.
  • Proactively solve problems and confront challenges.
  • Value teamwork, collaboration, and collective achievements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity.
  • Interest in Large Language Models.
  • Fundamental understanding of machine learning.
  • Proficiency in front-end development.
  • Experience with DevOps.
  • A Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
