twentyAI are supporting a global Private Equity-backed SaaS Business with their HRIS transformation. They are looking for a Global Payroll, Benefits and HRIS Specialist to join a newly created team, building out from scratch
The Global Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS Specialist will be responsible for managing and administering payroll, employee benefits programs, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) across multiple regions.
This role ensures compliance with relevant laws and regulations, maintains accurate employee records, and supports HR processes to enhance the overall employee experience..
The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented, process-driven individual with experience of working in a fast-paced environment managing HR Operations across different countries (10+).
The ability to develop deep relationships with the respective payroll/benefits/HRIS vendors is critical, as is the need to collaborate across corporate functions
