Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contract for any HR Administrativ related matters
• Support employees resolve their arising issues and pending questions (via ticketing system)
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and ensure comprehensive and accurate HR support
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, performance evaluations, and training records. This involves using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or other database systems
• Collaborating with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
• Support with external and internal Audits
• Preparation of employment and interim references letters and administration of fringe benefits

• Commercial training and/or further education as HR specialist
• Solid experience in the field of Human Resources
• Very good SAP SuccessFactors knowledge
• Proficient handling of IT systems and interfaces
• Quick comprehension and precise working method
• Flexible, proactive, team-oriented, and communicative person
• Very good German and English skills
