HR Specialist

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contract for any HR Administrativ related matters
- Support employees resolve their arising issues and pending questions (via ticketing system)
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and ensure comprehensive and accurate HR support
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment history, performance evaluations, and training records. This involves using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or other database systems
- Collaborating with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll
- Support with external and internal Audits
- Preparation of employment and interim references letters and administration of fringe benefits

- Commercial training and/or further education as HR specialist
- Solid experience in the field of Human Resources
- Very good SAP SuccessFactors knowledge
- Proficient handling of IT systems and interfaces
- Quick comprehension and precise working method
- Flexible, proactive, team-oriented, and communicative person
- Very good German and English skills
