Your role at a glance 🤸‍♀️

You'll work closely with designers, engineers, specialist stakeholders, and the Product director to develop consumer facing products, which form a core part of our platform and value proposition. You will act as the voice of our customers and be a stable bridge between engineering and the business. You will also help the team function as an empowered product team by setting the right product culture and vision, and help the team deliver high quality impactful features.

Your Responsibilities 👏

In this role, you’ll stand over the one of the exciting product suite at Juni. Your R&R would cover:

• Product Strategy and Vision: Defining the strategic direction of your area, aligning them with the company's overall business strategy. This involves creating product roadmaps that outline planned features and enhancements based on customer feedback, competitors, market demands and business priorities.
• Customer Experience: Lead the vision for financial experience within the platform- bank transfer, invoice payment, credit usage etc. Ensure the financial and banking features are chain-linked into cohesive end-to-end workflows. Work with designers to build UX that WoWs customers.
• Empowered Product Team: Setting the right product culture within your product team that empowers all team members to empathise with customer pain points and understand the impact of features they are building.
• Customer Research: Conduct thorough customer research to understand customer (ICP) needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape. This includes gathering insights through customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with various departments such as engineering, design, commercial, and finance to ensure effective product development and launch. This includes facilitating communication and alignment among different teams.
• Product Development Oversight: Managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and working closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of banking products
• Market Positioning and training: Developing strategies for positioning and pricing products in the market. Ensuring that the commercial teams have been trained on product features and value propositions clearly understood by all.

• Deep understanding of your team’s roadmap

• Oversee delivery against your metrics and roadmap (with some bumps along the way)
• Set 12-month rolling vision for your product domain
• Actively participate in customer research to understand the voice of customer

Qualifications 👑

What we need to see:

• Familiarity with fintech and financial services (preferably from Sweden)
• Experience in activation, onboarding, pricing
• Good understanding of Swedish and global payment eco-system
• 3+ years of product manager experience

• Experience in working with sales, onboarding and credit teams
• 5+ years of overall experience
• Engineering or computer science degree
