What You'll Be Doing:
As a Product Designer, you will have a key role in shaping our shoe collections. You’ll be responsible for creating designs that not only reflect the latest fashion trends but also meet the needs of our target customer. You will work closely with buyers and other teams to ensure that our collections are commercially viable and loved by our customers, both in the short and long term.

In this role you will be able to take advantage of a hybrid working arrangement. You will have the flexibility to work both remotely and, from the office. While remote working is part of our offer, approx. 4 days per week office presence is required to foster strong collaborations and team work.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Product Designer, you will have a key role in shaping our shoe collections. You’ll be responsible for creating designs that not only reflect the latest fashion trends but also meet the needs of our target customer. You will work closely with buyers and other teams to ensure that our collections are commercially viable and loved by our customers, both in the short and long term.
- Stay ahead of trends and continually update your understanding of what is happening in the fashion world to design products that resonate with your target customer.
- Design a product range that is both on-trend and commercially successful, focusing on products that drive growth and profitability.
- Lead the development of silhouettes, materials, and details that align with the season’s trends and the customer’s needs.
- Build and maintain a component library, ensuring that each product has the perfect combination of form and function.
- Collaborate closely with buyers to design products that align with customer demand and are ready to deliver the right fit and design at the right time.
- Ensure that your designs meet the highest standards of fit, design, and quality across all sales channels.
- Monitor sales and market trends, adapting designs to maintain relevance and drive success in each channel.
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about design, understands the intricacies of footwear, and has a strategic approach to product development. Our ideal candidate has:
- A Fashion Design BA/MA, with a degree in footwear being a plus.
- Several years of experience designing women’s footwear, ideally in a Senior or Product Designer role.
- A strong ability to predict future trends and customer demands with insightful trend analysis.
- Excellent technical knowledge of footwear components, from heels to lasts and materials, ensuring the best possible fit and design.
- A strong aesthetic sense for design that aligns with the brand's customer profile.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to make clear, commercial decisions that benefit the collection’s overall success.
- A proven ability to design a well-coordinated and cohesive product range.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with leadership experience to guide teams toward success.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
