We are looking for a LifeCycle Management Team Lead for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Growth department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

Requirements

What Makes You Special?

• Experience in fast-paced, growth-driven digital environments (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, marketplaces) is a must
• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or Growth Design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user behavior analytics
• Experience in running and interpreting A/B tests, multivariate tests, and heatmaps
• Deep understanding of user psychology, persuasion design, and behavioral economics
• Strong data analysis skills (comfortable with funnel analysis)
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• A mindset of experimentation, iteration, and continuous learning
  
  
  

What Will You Do?

• Identify and prioritize high-revenue potential areas in collaboration with Product, Growth, and Analytics teams
• Design and run A/B tests, usability tests, and funnel analyses to improve conversion rates
• Implement behavioral design principles and user psychology insights to influence decision-making
• Build and lead a Growth Design team, fostering a culture of experimentation and iterative design
• Develop hypotheses-driven design strategies and validate them through user research and data
• Advocate for data-informed design by balancing qualitative insights with quantitative metrics
• Stay up to date with the latest growth design trends, tools, and best practices
