CUSTOMER PROJECT MANAGER

Experience required: 6 to 12 years

Location: Bengaluru

Shift timing: 5.30 PM to 2.30AM

Notice required: 0 to 30 days

REQUIRED SKILLS

Must have and should meet all the below standards for qualifying to this role

• At least 6 years of project management experience in comparable industries
• Experience in managing IT Infra projects
• Experience in end to end project management of complex projects spanning for more than a year
• Handled tracks workstreams projects independently as part of large programs portfolios
• Managed the project from start to completion including the resolution of escalated project issues
• Creation of a project schedule and plan with financial resource and material requirements
• Handson experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Ability to work during weekends if required for maintenance migration activities handling escalations etc.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Good to have or value add to this role
• Agile project management
• Telcom Service Provider Infrastructure experience is preferred
• Technical knowledge on Cisco hardware and software
• Experience in contract Change Management process
• Experience in managing Partner delivery and commercials when 3rd party technical delivery resources are engaged
• Handson experience in Microsoft Project Jira Rally Project
