A leading gaming and entertainment company is building a new AI & Analytics division and is looking for a Lead AI Solutions Engineer to drive AI-powered innovation. This role will focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI-driven analytics solutions, shaping the future of data accessibility and automation.

About the Role

• Lead the development of AI-driven analytics assistants and self-serve data solutions.
• Build and manage a team of 3-4 engineers within a new AI & ML unit.
• Develop scalable AI products that integrate structured and unstructured data sources.
• Work with modern technologies, including AWS, Redshift, RAG, Clickstream, GenAI, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Hybrid working model, with two days in the office and six weeks remote per year.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong full-stack engineering background, with expertise in Python, APIs, and microservices.
• Experience building or contributing to AI-powered products.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities to develop a high-performing team.
• Knowledge of RAG, NLP, and analytics integration.

• Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (likely up to £95,000).
• 5% annual bonus.
• Hybrid model – two days in-office, six weeks remote per year.
• Flexible location – based in London, with opportunities for candidates in Stockholm or Madrid.

The Hiring Process (Approx. 2 Weeks)

1. HR Interview – Competency-based discussion.

3. Technical Assessment – 1.5-2 hours, covering behavioural and scenario-based problem-solving.
