We’re Hiring: UX Writer (Dutch Native, FR & ENG Strong knowledge)

Belgium | Hybrid Work: 2 days at the office and 3 days Homeworking | Long-term opportunity.

At EOLIS GROUP, we believe real impact starts with clarity — and the right words at the right time. For one of our key partners, we are looking for a UX Writer who can bring digital interfaces to life with sharp, intuitive, and human-first microcopy.

You’ll help shape how users interact with digital experiences — not just by writing, but by thinking strategically, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, and advocating for the user, every step of the way.

Your Mission: Crafting Copy That Guides and Connects

You’ll write clear, concise, and user-centric content that helps users navigate digital products with ease. Whether it’s a button, an error message, or in-app instruction — your words will shape smooth, consistent, and inclusive interactions across the entire product journey.

Your Responsibilities:

• Write and refine UX copy for all stages of the product life cycle (from concept to delivery)
• Collaborate with designers, UX writers, product owners, and developers to align copy with the user journey and product strategy
• Continuously iterate based on user testing and real feedback
• Maintain accessibility and inclusive language standards in all copy
• Localize and rephrase French copy into Dutch (native level required)
• Contribute to and manage entries in the UX content database
• Co-create and maintain UX copy guidelines to ensure consistency across teams and platforms

Your Profile: A Strategic Thinker with a Sharp Pen

You combine creativity with logic, and craft with collaboration. You understand that great UX writing is about more than just words — it’s about flow, empathy, and function.

Your expertise:

• Proven experience as a UX Writer or in a similar role
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, mobile-first thinking, and digital design
• Ability to grasp complex user journeys and work with conceptual profiles
• Experience working within design teams and agile environments
• Language skills: Dutch (native), French (B2/C1), English (B1/B2+)

• A team player with leadership potential — someone who can persuade, adapt, and support others
• You see the bigger picture and focus on impact, not just output
• You’re confident in your ideas but open to discussion and iteration
• You bring solutions, not just problems — and can present different copy options when needed
