Network Security Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Security Engineer to join one of our biggest partners, an international IT company with a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure and security measures.

This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on expertise to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and security of our network systems.

Tasks

• You will design, deploy and manage robust network infrastructure
• You will be responsible for the security management, which means develop and enforce policies, implement and manage firewalls and conduct regular security audits
• You are responsible of the virtualization and load balancing of the company
• You will be providing support for network related incidents, ensure network infrastructure and work closely with other IT teams
• You will also be mentoring junior team members and share your knowledge

Profile

• You have a bachelor's degree in IT or years with relevant experience
• You have at least 5 years of experience in Network Security Engineering
• You speak fluent English, with Dutch or French. All 3 is amazing
• You have experience with network monitoring and management and a strong understanding of security principles
• You have a proficiency in network protocoles and technologies with scripting skills in
