About this roll* (Responsibilities)

As a Technical Product Manager, Platforms & Infrastructure, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of critical platforms that power Toast’s business. You will contribute to defining internal technical roadmaps and assist in driving the strategy for key infrastructure areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic and innovative team.

• Develop and articulate clear product visions, strategies, and roadmaps.
• Conduct in-depth market research, customer analysis, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
• Translate complex technical requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, aligning with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in the platform and infrastructure space.
  
  

Do you have the right ingredients*? (Requirements)

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager
• Basic understanding of APIs and integration technologies.
• Familiarity with building and managing scalable systems.
• Ability to translate user needs into clear and concise requirements.
• Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• A passion for building innovative and user-friendly platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
