We Are Looking For
- 1 year of experience in administrative or similar work;
- Fluency in English (at least B2 level) and Lithuanian (C1 level);
- Ability to work diligently and attentively in an international environment;
- Responsibility and quickness on their feet;
- Work prioritization and deadline adherence, both in team settings and independently;
- Great knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Assist in public procurement by coordinating, drafting, and submitting the necessary documents;
- Communicate with external partners and experts and internal teams on the preparation and submission of bids;
- Assist in the preparation of contracts for the implementation of projects with partners, experts, subcontractors;
- Coordinate project information within the company internal processes;
- Support in the submission of the company and grant reports, timesheets;
- Administer business trips;
- Provide other support to the Contracts and Procurement Manager.
