What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Build a relationship with the functions outside of IDA
- Develop and prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Work closely with the Resource Management Office for IDA Resource Supply & Demand and cleansing data
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their resource needs and make sure alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Support the forecasting and budgeting process by analyzing resource burn against budget
- Support IDA management and team members
- Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to promote understanding and collaboration on resource management issues.
SHARE your talent
We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:
- Previous experience in a data role (analytics or engineer) supporting multiple areas of Data Analytics.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate well within teams, peers, and teams across the globe, and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Brings a collaborative spirit, a can-do attitude and a Customer First mindset.
- Relevant knowledge in Resource Capacity Planning will be an added advantage.
- Relevant knowledge using Planview will be a added advantage.
- Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written) skills.
