Overview

We’re looking for a Chief Product Officer to architect and lead the entire product dimension of Anime Universe—a global platform fusing storytelling, fan economies, immersive experiences, and decentralized infrastructure.

You will design the blueprint.

You will build the team.

You will shape the process.

You will define what “product” means inside a company that refuses to follow templates.

From creator tools to community systems, from IP utilities to real-time pipelines—if it touches the user, the creator, or the ecosystem, it’s yours.

What You’ll Own

• Architect the entire product landscape: vision, strategy, systems, and delivery
• Lead cross-functional squads across product, design, engineering, and experience
• Drive zero-to-one product development across platform-scale, creator, and user tools
• Define the operating models: lifecycle management, feedback loops, roadmap frameworks
• Build the product team: hire, mentor, scale global talent with clarity and velocity
• Partner with CTO, CEO, and C-level leaders to bridge product with IP, tech, and business outcomes
• Translate vision into flow—building internal systems that connect goals to momentum
• Shape and evolve AU’s product development frameworks: design intelligence, perpetual prototyping, and execution flow
• Own user experience end-to-end: delight, retention, depth, and emotion

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in product leadership, including 3+ at the executive level (CPO, VP Product, etc.)
• Proven experience building and scaling products across multiple stages (0→1, scale, reinvention)
• Mastery of full-stack product: strategy, systems, UX, platform thinking
• Obsessive about users, builders, and creators—you think in flows, journeys, and outcomes
• Fluent in metrics, but guided by meaning—able to connect analytics to emotion
• Prior experience in fan-tech, creator platforms, immersive tools, SaaS, or marketplaces
• Bonus for blockchain, AI-native systems, digital economies, or platform ecosystems
• Even more bonus if you’ve fundraised, pitched to boards, or helped steer a product org to scale

Equity (Shares): Founding partner-level equity
