UI/UX Designer

WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS platform that enables employers to allow their employees to work from anywhere without facing any compliance risks. We have 200+ clients using WorkFlex already, including Scout24, Biontech, Vodafone, Flix, and others. Together with the team, you will contribute to growing our team, clients and ARR by 5x within the next few quarters.

🎯 What you will do

• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes aligned with customer needs.
• Conduct prototyping for concept validation and seamless implementation.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment with the product team for aligned design.
• Create user stories and translate them into actionable design features.
• Effectively communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.

⭐ What you need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a proven track record of delivering impactful, user-centered designs. A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and results is a must.
• Proficiency in Figma, with hands-on experience designing for B2B SaaS products.
• Familiarity with CSS frameworks and Angular for seamless collaboration with frontend developers.
• Deep expertise in responsive design and the ability to create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across platforms and devices.
• Solid understanding of product specifications and user psychology, allowing you to create intuitive, user-focused experiences that meet both user needs and business goals.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, and the ability to proactively apply them in your work to drive continuous improvement.
• Fluency in German is a plus.
