Your future team:
Our Quality & Excellence team is responsible for executing the Deloitte Luxembourg’s Voice of Client program, which monitors client experience across service lines (audit, tax and consulting) and supports Firm Leadership’s decisions.
We collaborate with many Deloitte Partners and multiple departments (Marketing & Communications, Business Development, Human Resources, etc.) and enhance the Firm’s quality culture through internal communications.
Our team motto is “Never boring”, and we are currently seeking a Junior member to strengthen our dynamic team.
The recruitment process includes a one-hour business case (short analysis report and presentation, no specific preparation needed).

What will you do:
This position offers a variety of assignments:
- Participate in our Voice of Clients program (Prepare briefings, organize and drive interviews with clients' executives, analyze client feedback, extract value-added insights for leadership and ensure smooth execution of the process).
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, strengths and potential areas of improvements.
- Support the design and analysis of satisfaction assessments (surveys, focus groups) about internal and external services.
- Promote the Quality Culture through internal communications (e.g., writing articles, planning events)
- Propose continuous improvements for our processes and deliverables.
- Track the progress of our various programs (KPIs, summary records).
- You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or another relevant field.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and in French (mandatory).
- You have strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative) and a keen attention to detail (mandatory).
- You are able to build trust-based business relationships and maintain strict confidentiality (mandatory).
- You have advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint with best-in-class deliverables (mandatory).
- Familiarity with Power BI and corporate experience are considered an asset.
- You are proactive and organized, with the ability to retain briefed information and anticipate.
