Our client is seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to join their team in Utrecht. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to drive security initiatives, enhance cybersecurity frameworks, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement information security policies and procedures.
• Lead risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, etc.).
• Oversee security awareness training for employees.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to embed security best practices.
• Monitor security incidents and coordinate incident response efforts.
• Work with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in information security management (5+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are a plus.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
